I always include some energetic healing method in my massages. Those are inspired by the Reiki and the Shiatsu.

On demand, I can do a full session of energetic healing allowing you to keep your clothes on.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice based on the idea that vital energy flows within and around us. The term “Reiki” means “universal energy” in Japanese. During a Reiki session, a practitioner uses hand placement techniques to channel this energy to the recipient, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and harmonizing emotions.

Reiki is accessible to everyone, without the need for specific beliefs, and can be practiced as a complement to other forms of care.

Shiatsu is a Japanese massage technique that uses finger and palm pressure on specific points of the body, inspired by traditional Chinese medicine. It aims to restore energetic balance, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation. By stimulating meridians and acupuncture points, shiatsu contributes to overall well-being, improves blood circulation, and reduces stress.

FInally, in the 90 minutes sessions, I almost always incorporate a moment of guided meditation in order to integrate the benefits of the massage and allow you to slowly return to your body, to situate yourself in the environment and to return to your day gradually.
