Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Studio Lucy B. By booking a bodywork/massage session with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Studio Lucy B is a committed space where Queer, Trans, neurodivergent can feel comfortable and validated. My approach is by&for Queer/Trans people / trauma-informed / anti-oppressive / intuitive. Allies and people from all background are welcome.

I offer a range of massage therapy & bodywork services, including but not limited to:

• Swedish Massage
• Fascia therapy
• Energetic healing
• Lomi Lomi
• Prenatal & postnatal massage

Appointments can be booked online, via direct message (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram), via email or in person.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you may be charged 50% of the service cost of the full price service. No show or cancellation the day the massage will be charge full price of the service.
• If you have symptoms of respiratory virus: cough, congestion, runny nose, sore throat, muscle pain, headaches, shortened of breath, fees will not be charged.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, with the full session fee applied.

• Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session.
• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.
• Counter indication for massage therapy: fever, infectious skin conditions, untreated high blood pressure, blood clots, painful varicose veins, moderate to high alcohol consumption before the massage.

All client information is confidential and will not be shared without your consent.

• Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash or e-transfer.
• Gratuities are appreciated but not required.

We maintain a safer environment. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the session without refund.

• The studio is in a residential home where I rent a room. The address will be disclosed with the confirmation of your appointment.
• It’s at the 2nd floor, there is 20 steps and it’s not wheelchair accessible.
• There is a HEPA air purifier in the room running 24/7.
• A cat lives in this home.

• By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of Studio Lucy B.
